New Weaver Tool Gear Account Application

Weaver Tool Gear is designed and built to be the best product on the market. To reinforce that, we’re careful to make sure it’s available only through qualified, industry-related retailers and marketers.

To be a qualified dealer of Weaver Tool Gear products, a dealer must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must be a stocking retailer of building supplies and have a Federal Tax ID Number.
  • The dealer must have a store. Not out of the home, garage, basement or barn – it must be a separate business establishment with a business sign and store fixtures.
  • Must have regular store hours and have a dedicated phone line for the business.
  • The dealer submits pictures of the inside and outside of their retail store, along with a New Weaver Tool Gear Account Application Form.
  • Opening order must be a minimum of $2,000.
  • Dealer acknowledges and agrees to follow guidelines of Weaver Tool Gear Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
