Weaver Tool Gear is designed and built to be the best product on the market. To reinforce that, we’re careful to make sure it’s available only through qualified, industry-related retailers and marketers.
To be a qualified dealer of Weaver Tool Gear products, a dealer must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be a stocking retailer of building supplies and have a Federal Tax ID Number.
- The dealer must have a store. Not out of the home, garage, basement or barn – it must be a separate business establishment with a business sign and store fixtures.
- Must have regular store hours and have a dedicated phone line for the business.
- The dealer submits pictures of the inside and outside of their retail store, along with a New Weaver Tool Gear Account Application Form.
- Opening order must be a minimum of $2,000.
- Dealer acknowledges and agrees to follow guidelines of Weaver Tool Gear Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
